Organ and System Detoxification

Today we live in the world where toxins are ubiquitous:

  • household chemicals and building materials in the household environment
  • pesticides
  • cosmetics
  • lifestyle choices
  • heavy metals (i.e. mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium)
  • xenoestrogens (chemicals simulating estrogens, like in plastics)
  • PCB's and phthalates
  • contaminated food

Our body's organs detoxify us but not completely. These body organs that are helpful are:

  • liver
  • kidneys
  • skin
  • urine
  • gut

We need additional help though. For detoxification I use vitamins, supplements, minerals and chelating agents to accomplish that. Once we are free of toxins our body can function seamlessly and heal itself. We also feel much better. This process is very important.
